From our newest board member Nancy
Campbell:
My husband and I have lived in Texas since
June 1976. We have owned prior homes in
Pearland and Overton, Texas. We downsized
6 years ago when we purchased our present
home in Westfield Terra Estates.
We have one grown daughter who gave us
two wonderful grandsons aged 5 & 6; hence,
the playset in our backyard and frequently a
boy in our backyard tree. To conclude our
immediate family are two spoiled
dachshunds.
I work for UTMB as a Radiogrpaher.
Exercising, gardening, reading and a little
sewing are my hobbies.
Thank all of you who got proxies for both
Marsha and I and those of you who gave
them to us personally. Please continue to be
involved by attending the monthly HOA Board
meetings. I have a lot to learn in the next 3
years. I firmly believe in term limitations and
will need someone to replace me when my
term is up.
As I told most of you while canvasing the
neighbhorhood obtaining the proxies, I would
like to see the Architectural Committee
restarted so if you are interested in
participating come to the March 26th meeting
at 6:30 and let us know of your interest. The
Social Committee is already active and is
planning future events for the children in our
neighborhood.

My name is Marsha Barton. My husband
Graham and I have raised our family of three
in Westfield Terra Estates for the past 12
years. We have 6 grand kids and one on the
way. My husband is retired Air Force now
working for G E Oil and Gas. I am a retired
Over the Road Truck Driver. I love our
community and am honored to have been
given this opportunity to serve on this board
and give back to it.
