I am all for paying online. What do we have to do to make this possible?

We are looking into it. A homeowner is contacting the MUD to see what we need to do as in just request it formally through Crest and the HOA board, so then they would need to vote on it, or if we need to fill out a from or have a signed petition. If you would like to help in this effort, please email your information to westfieldterraestates@hotmail.com and I can give you additional information. Whatever we find out we will post here.

I have had problems in the past with just dropping off my payment in the drop window. I have asked for years for them to have bill pay.

Crest Management will be looking into the option and reporting back to the Board and neighborhood.

We have already received information that our request for bill pay online is being considered and will be voted on by the Ricewood MUD board on Nov. 20. Big thanks got Rachel at Crest for helping us request this.

While waiting in line to pay my bill, I overheard one of the customer service reps telling a customer she could pay online... said to look on the bill and it gave the address. I guess that was for a different subdivision.

There are several other subdivisions w/in the MUD district, some have online bill pay others don't. Apparently you have to request it either through the HOA or managment co and then their board votes on it. Hopefully we will get information about if we have it out not, they voted Nov. 20. I will contact Rachel to check on it.

Our request for online bill pay is pending with the Ricewood MUD, it must now go through the final process with them, which is review by their attorneys. This process takes approximately 6-8 weeks. We will keep you posted as to the developments.

PLEASE make this happen this is the most annoying thing. why should we still be waiting? why is ours one of the last to get with the program. the water bill is the only thing that can;t be paid this way and as far as i can tell the system is in place and availible to others.

I requested this in November of 2007. Here we are in 2009, and NOTHING has been done about it! This is a total outrage and Ricewood Mud needs to do something about this now. Why should it take so long?

Good morning. A request was made back in 2007 for online bill pay of our Ricewood Mud payments. We were told that they would get back with us in 6-8 weeks. Apparently we were forgotten. I know they have this available in other districts. Why not ours? I've already had them lose one of my payments that I dropped off between the time that request was made to date. Please let me know if anything is going to get done, or if we need to sign a petition. They don't have a problem billing us, and charging us late fees, or even disconnecting us when it is not even our fault. They should be considerate enough to give us that option. We're not living in the dark ages anymore. Your help is greatly appreciated.
