The playground desperately needs swings; not simply toddler but those who are over 4 as well. It is severely below par of bordering neigborhoods playgrounds. Access to the McDonald playground is often locked off so this is the only alternative. A garbage can or two would be great so that the garbage does not pile up all around the grass and playground as well. Paying for groundskeeping to ensure trees are trimmed at least biyearly, the mulch is refilled on the playground floor, and ants are treated for (some mounds are larger than the one stories in the neighborhood) would be another strong recommendation. While I am sure the cost is too great a splash pad would be lovely. I know all of these suggestions have ben brought up at meetings for some time so I am not getting my hopes up until I actually see some change come to fruition.

I don't have small children, but I know that a splash pad would be great fun for the younger children in the neighborhood. I also think a big screen TV with DVD player would be a great addition. A big TV would make it easy to hold annual super bowl parties for the football fans in the community and maybe even find a way to draw residents in for a movie night once a month.

A microwave oven/can opener/and maybe some serving utensils for the clubhouse would be a nice addition to the kitchen. Maybe 2 new tables and a few more chairs would be nice too.

Definately more playground equipment would be nice for the kids. Maybe even some picnic tables. I love the idea of a splash pad. The big screen tv sounds great too. Okay, now come my way out there suggestions: Volleyball court, softball field, walking trail/track, pool table(s) and air hockey table(s) in the clubhouse but I think the clubhouse is too small for that right now unless we can expand it. I also like idea of a basketball court, tennis court, and skateboard park as previously suggested by others.

I would love to see a tennis court as well as a weight room. To ensure vandalism doesn't occur we can use an electronic badge for entry into the facility

Please no basketball courts

I have lived in many places and have seen what a basketball court can bring to a community. I have also seen how a place can improve when they are taken away. If you do not believe me, please check with property managers in the city, and they will tell you many horror stories regarding basketball courts.

I love basketball, and I would love to play it often, but I'd rather have my family safe. Those things attract the worst people. The last place I lived didn't have one, then they put up a single goal. Within a few months, it attracted people at late hours in the night, drinking and doing drugs. Once again, please check around before you decide on this, unless you plan to put an officer next to it during the night hours.

we would like to see a couple of tennis courts, as most other neighborhoods around here have locked gates.

I would love to have tennis and basketball courts, as I would love to be able to go right around the corner to play tennis with my husband, and I am sure that my two teenagers (along with the many other kids in the neighborhood) would greatly enjoy the courts. But, I agree with my neighbor above...the basketball courts attract "unfavorable crowds" that our beautiful neighborhood does not want or need. However, the little kids need something too, so the splash park would be costly but fun, and the updated playground equipment would really help. Also, it would be nice if the stuff was treated for ants & other stinging insects. I am in agreement with another "poster"--neighboring communities have a lot more amenties that are nicer than ours, and it is sad when we have to go outside our community to enjoy nice play areas for kids....

I think updated playground equipment and a splash pad would be awesome additions to our neighborhood if built to high quality standards. I will however be taking serious issue with bringing in either a basketball court or a skate park as both of those would bring the wrong element in to our community. I have experience in this regard. Also, maybe a new more elegant sign in front of the clubhouse for our announcements?

Can it also be considered to pay for an additional hour of swim time? 9am-8 pm or 10am to 9 pm does not seem unreasonable. This is especially true for parents who work and would like to spend some quality time with their kids when they come home from work.

Day one into the pool season some serious fixes to the existing amenities should be addressed.
The fence is in need of painting.
The chairs and lounges are filthy and broken.
The pools pump is malfunctioning yet again and it is only day one. this was a cronic issue last year.
The pool grounds and tables are filthy. Can they be blown out at wiped down in the mornings before opening.
Love the idea of a new pool company but no swimming in the baby pool during adult swim-hello there is a sign at all times indicating lifeguards are not responsible for the baby pool so aren't they already covered?
Put out some garbage cans-this will discourage people from leaving their garbage everywhere.
And please stock the bathrooms with both toilet paper and paper towels.
Let's not forget to maintain what little we have before we try to add more that the HOA will not take care of.

tennis courts would be great! Spalsh pad sounds great as well...I don't want us to take up too mush of the grounds...watching the kids play football together is a real joy! instead of them staring at tv scrrens or game boys. And we really need to try and keep the things we have at the pool nice.. wiping them down and cleaning the area sound like a no brainer for the life guards. Thanks!
