What can be done about barking dogs?
Barking dogs can be a nuisance, and many neighbors have made complaints.  If the
barking is excessive or during normal sleeping hours please try these options:
    1) approach your neighbor and politely explain the barking dog sound is a
problem for your household -- for example your baby can't sleep
    2) ask other neighbors if they are having the same problem and ask them to
assist you in discussing it with your neighbor
    3) If your concerns are ignored and the noise continues you may wish to contact
the Harris County Sheriff's Department or the Humane Society and report a noise
nuisance or the possibility of a dog being un-cared for a simply a nuisance.
    4) Be sure to keep a log of events and provide it to Crest Management via our
contact us form or via direct email  and request that a letter be sent regarding the
